Great post (and link, of course). I have to admit that I really have neglected the cable exercises over the years. I like the fly exercise. I assume that when your hands come together, the resistance is still there, so you’re working your inner pecks, building muscle-cleavage. As for the cable crunches, I’ve never done them before – but I will give them a go.
